Developing athletes, isn’t something you talk about

it's something you prove.

Congratulations to Alanna Pullen and Ané de Wet, who have both been selected for England nextball’s inaugural NXT Roses programme.

Alanna's selection follows an outstanding first Netball Super League season, while Ané has been recognised for her performances with our NXT Gen programme.

The NXT Roses programme has been introduced to accelerate the development of England's most promising athletes, helping bridge the gap between domestic competition and senior international netball.

Having two athletes selected is a proud moment for Birmingham Panthers.
It reflects the environment our coaches and performance staff are building every day. An environment where ambitious players are challenged, supported and given every opportunity to reach their potential.
